Selling what you don't have and costing me!

I purchased 4 water tanks online on the 22 August after a long search for the best value for money. Cost for the tanks and delivery was paid to the value of over R10 000. As per your website delivery is to be within 3 weeks and I arrange for a contractor to install these tanks a month after date of delivery.

It is now almost 4 weeks later and all your call centre can say that they don't have stock and might have this Friday, which incidentally they said last week as well.

You are taking consumers money without you or your supplier having the product in stock while you earn the interest on our money. Even worse is that I now will most probably not find stock of the item anywhere else and y installer will not be available!!

Your Online Store to me is as one of the previous complainants decribe a "**** business" by taking my money out of circulation you are preventing me from buying an alternative product why you don't really have it!
