Selling used goods as new

When you buy something from Makro gou expect it to be new.. On 06/05/18 I bought what I thought was a new campmaster tent for an upcoming trip the following weekend.

During the week I thought I should check the instructions before the weekend. When I opened the bag.. the box the tent was in was torn. I continued checking the pegs.. of which half of them were bent. After seening this I thought I should check everything. After folding the tent open I noticed it is full of grass. This tent was clearly used before and not just as a demo model on the floor. Still I paid the full price without being told that might have been returned by a client. I thought I was buying at Makro.. not Cash Converters...
