Selling stock they don't have

DON'T SELL ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE STOC****!

Bought a laptop online on 27 May 2020 and chose the option to collect at the store as it indicated that it will be ready within 5 working days.

Once PAID and order CONFIRMED the status changed to 10 - 14 working days. No update. No response to inquiries. Complete RADIO SILENCE. Eventually got through to their call centre who indicated that they don't have stock.

Well Marko, if you sell something (and take the money and get interest on it before delivering your product) then you need to mitigate the risk. I could have bought another laptop elsewhere. I most probably have missed out on amazing deals because of you.

Don't blame COVID19 - we all are working under a lot of stress and uncer*****ies. (although I can't work because I can't get my laptop which I paid for)
