Selling second hand goods as new !!!

I purchased a Defy fridge & top loader from Makro online. To my surprise the fridge has a dent on the side, a crack on the freezer drawer, water dispenser leaks and the fridge switches off and after leaving off over night and plugging it back on it worked again. I have contacted makro online to return this item I was told I would be contacted and a day later I’m still waiting on a call. I called the contact centre was told to hold after 10 minutes of holding the line dropped and I was asked to rate the call. The washing machine on the first use before I started putting water into the machine, water dripped from the draining pipe. Does this sound like it’s new items or returned items repackaged and sold as brand new to clients hoping it will Last more than the 14 days and then get the items repaired. I’m totally disappointed and disturbed by the fact you thought people are dumb and won’t notice this. I want you to come and fetch your garbage you sold to me and I want my money back. You ripping people off and think nothing of it.
