Selling old stock as new items

Good evening<br> Today my father bought a camp master cabin 500 tent at Macro Ottery branch. Firstly it was not in a box as a brand new tent, secondly he didn't't get a discount for a store used tent. Thirdly luckily after checking the tent today he saw that there was 2 tires in the tent. This kind of service is totally unacceptable and disgusting.
