Selling intems that are not in stock - And still advertising it !!! Worst service !!!
I made a purchase on 29 October and received a response that delivery would be done by 2 November. I am still waiting! Days later, I received an email informing me that they would cancel my order because there was an issue with the supplier. I refused this and informed them that I wanted this item as it was bought as a gift and my granddaughter is VERY excited . They then sent me an email that the order was delayed—it is the 18th today—and I am still waiting! WORST of all is that this item is still for sale on the website ! I want my product! No service , No response to my emails !

09 Dec 2024, 12:57I give up !!! I receive a emial , once again telling me that you cannot deliver and have cancelled the order - that was more than a week ago. I check on my profile and see that all of a sudden there is movement on the order - 3 December it changed to order packed. I call your customer service number and get told that they will escalate ... I check now , and it is still not cancelled ! This is so dissapointing ! I need to use the money to buy another bike - Christmas is around the corner! PLEASE CANCEL the order and refund me immediately !!!
