Selling Faulty Cellphones

I bought a new handset at Makro Cape Gate on the 24th Sept 2021 when I got home I realised that the phone has technical problems I took the phone back to Makro I am told to wait 7 days. Can you imagine sacrificing your hard earned money to go get a faulty phone I am without a phone as we speak while they are counting revenue with my money. I last heard from them 2 days ago when they advised that the device is with assessors. All I want is my money back to get myself a device that has passed quality checking.
