Selling customer details to their Subsidiary

Cash and cash floods my emails on a daily basis and I can’t unsubscribe from this never mind that I never subscribed to it in the first place. I have a Makro card that I use, that’s where their other shop got my details. I have emailed Makro customer complaints and they have been so useless. Makro is this complaint with POPIA Act?
