Selling accredited installations vouchers who are not very good

I purchased surrounded sound and projector and installation from makro. The installation was not done correctly. The company that did the installation did not handle the booking well. Had to pay a lot for nothing. I hold makro accountable as that's where I bought and paid for installation.
