Selling 2nd hand goods at normal prices

My wife visited Makro Cape Gate to purchase a laptop and was refereed to Makro Ottery to have stock of a specific laptop. She returned with the laptop however it has been on display for who knows long. I am disappointed to have payed full price for a new laptop and we were sold a 2nd hand one. In addition to have driven 40 km's to the Makro Ottery from.
