Sell solar units under false marketing and refuse to respect the terms of warranty.

I bought a Power 4 Less solar unit from Makro in mid-November 2022 under false marketing and no instructional manual on how to set it up. I was told the unit consisted of a 5 KWT battery and 12 solar panels and that it was cable of powering a small business. Thinking it would take me off the grid, and that I would be able to save on power bills I took out a loan of R90 000 to pay for it. The unit was delivered to my home in December and I was surprise to see it didn't have any panels. I approached Makro with my complaint and we reached a compromise and they sent me 6 panels to compensate for the lies I had been told. A month ago I decided to have the unit installed with a certified electrician who issues COCs. The battery had been giving endless problems and I was advised by my electrician to take it back to Makro as it is still under warranty. I did that, but Makro claims the supplier refuses to uphold its terms of warranty because the unit has been dismantled. They allege removing the unit from the cabinet is dismantling it. None of Makro's salesman explained that the battery and its various components should not be taken out of the cage nor did they recommend using their own installers at. What's worse, is there was no instructional manual on how to install it. There is no warning labels on the cabinet, only a dead QR code which when scanned takes you to a non-existent youtube video. Power 4 Less sent out their technicians to assist at an additional cost of R15 000, which I cannot afford to pay. They explained that the unit has been so dangerously installed by my qualified electrician that it could easily blow up my house. This begs the question, if this solar unit is so unique in its installation, why was I not informed beforehand. Why was a R90 0000 solar unit delivered to my home without any warning labels or instructions to follow. Even a simple jelly packet has instructions on the box. Makro refuses to assist and Power 4 Less refuses to take responsibility for sending me a faulty unit that is non-compliant that could have easily killed my family and I, and destroyed our home. I beg anyone who considers getting solar energy at Makro, or any electrical appliance for that matter, please consider your decision carefully. They sell appliances under false marketing and refuse to uphold warranty's. I now have lawyers investigating this case at my own expense.
