Selfish courier
I wish they can do a follow up on their partner couriers or stop using Value express. I made a purchase on the 20th of March even today my grandparents haven't received their groceries. The parcel has been out for delivery since last Wednesday. They keep saying "we will deliver tomorrow or today" but they never do.
