Security questions
Im standing here at germiston branch to get my makro credit card i lost the first one. The lady at customer care was very helpfull but the Ziyanda was NOT how come i failed my security questions if I dont know my own id or i dont know how old i am and since when do i have a lewis and home loan account so im a ***** myself even Princes agrees with me she looked at my ID herself oh i forgot i also dont know where i stay
