Security guard harassment at Makro Carnival

I would like to express how disgusted i am at Makro Carnival. The service there is absolutely horrible. My groceries were mishandled by the security guard who was trying to scan them. I mean how unprofessional is Makro. What kind of nonsense system sees customers being made to wait while their groceries are grabbed and turned upside down by complete strangers. Its not right, i paid for my items and nobody has the right to touch them and its unhygienic to say the least. I am never again setting my foot at another Makro store. Its not worth the harassment and distress
