Secondhand product from Makro
I ordered a I5 12400 intel processor from Makro they sent me a second hand one as I already paid for the technician to install it when it was delivered to my property the continued, I do accept the secondhand product as its still functioning but requested a partial refund as it is second hand, Makro refuses and says I must pay again for a technician to come and remove it from my pc. Please be aware!!! Makro does not care about you as the consumer. I'm in the process of lodging a formal complaint with the NCC

But I have had enough of your nonsense I'm lodging my formal complaint. As empty promises of escalation from your side has me more than fed up with your ****TY service
