SECOND REVIEW - MAKRO I WANT MY REFUND - Stop delivering wrong items that we did not order

Hello,

I have been waiting for refund since February 2025,

I received the refund for two stoves , R799 and R799

I have been calling to log cases with different people, all they tell me is that my case will be escalated and then nothing happens.

At first, the driver gave the customer my returned items in KZN and he collected them in gauteng,

I don’t know how far they are with getting the items back to the manufacturer, no one is saying anything,

Two chafing dishes. MAKRO Please return my money, its been months.
