This has been one of the worst online service experiences I've had.

Your WhatsApp support is completely unhelpful I receive no meaningful assistance no matter how many times I ask. It feels like a waste of time.

Its starting to seem like Makros online platform is just a way to offload second-hand or substandard stock. If this continues, Ill have no choice but to share this experience publicly so others can be warned.

2. Order still not shipped after expecting date - OD434564****1164****

I have tried multiple times to get help via your WhatsApp number regarding an order I havent received.

The so-called "AI" is unable to provide any useful answers.

When Im transferred to a human assistant, they simply send a message saying its ready for shipping and then disappear without any further follow-up.

I expect to speak to someone who can actually follow up and assist with resolving this issue. Based on my experience so far, it feels like the chat line is either unmanaged or handled by people who lack the training to assist customers properly.

I need clarity on the status of my order and I would appreciate real support, not automated responses or dead-end chats.
