Second Hand Pots

I did not know that Makro actually allow 3rd party sellers to sell on their online platform until I spoke to Andries at Makro Struben Valley. The pot arrived damaged, as a matter of fact I think the supplier shipped me a returned pot as it did not come in the original manufacturers box but rather stuffed into a Courier Guy box with someone else's name on. The online department told me to log a return online and then once refunded order a new one, why, the supplier elected to ship me a damaged pot in some random Courier Guy box addressed to someone else and now I must carry to shipping cost for a re-order. I must add that Andries arranged with Marcel from the same store to get a new pot shipped and then on delivery take the damaged one at no cost to me. It is now 4 days later with no communication from the store and Marcel is not available. Makro if you want to allow 3rd parties to sell on your platform, then you must own up to their bad service.
