Second Hand Goods

In July and November 2022, I purchased a washing Model number WTJA13027 Serial Number WC5W5 WTJA1302T-ZA and grass cutter (Serial Number) from the Makro Store in Crown Mine and Struben Valley . I paid for these items.

The Defy washing machine was broken within 6 months of purchase and the grass cutter was broken within two weeks of purchase.

I reached out to a customer representative for the washing machine of which they assisted with the washing machine. It was sorted and Fixed. As for the grass cutter it was not fixed and I was told to pay so much money to get it fixed.

So I'm asking I won't get my money back because there's a policy stating if your goods are damaged within 14 days you'll get your money back or have goods fixed.

Or Makro just selling us second hand goods

To solve this issue, I would like your assistance.
