Scratched and dented fridge

Bought Chest freezer on Thursday expected the delivery on the 25th of March,to my surprise I got the freezer on the 20th was over the moon. I rated immediately thanking Makro for the fast delivery not knowing they send me the chest freezer that was on display there's a dent at the door and scratches below. I'm so utterly disgusted please exchange this chest freezer and take your old freezer even that white thing is dirty underneath the fridge I'm so disappointed the way I love Makro.
