SCHOCKING - NON DELIVERY OF 65" TV

I purchased a 65" Samsung TV on a Black Friday deal in November 2024. It is now January 17. When I query the fact that I have not received it, the customer care tells me the order has been finalised. After numerous emails there is absolutely no response from Makro. The order of other items I had placed was delivered in drips and drabs. This is ABSOLUTELY SCHOCKING service and I would not advise anyone to ever shop at MAKRO. They dont; seem to have their ducks in a row and management must be absolutely lacking.
