****my Makro Online Service and a Idiot Patrick Eyden

I bought a shifty turdy bike from Makro, brake don't work, gears don't change, absolute refuse this is and what's worse Makro who delivered the bicycle will not take it back I've been waiting for them to collect for two months now, they still haven't fulfilled!

I've been trying to get this employee by the name Patrick Eyden to get their bike but he has since been promising to get back to me to no avail! I cant help but wonder how these companies pick and choose people for these roles, the guy is a blatant halfwit!

To get anything done with these companies you need to kick and screen and create a ruckus! Absolutely disgusting! #$^& you makro and that C@nt Patrick Eyden!
