******** from makro

I've been using Makro wholesalers from Springfield since 2019..i have been receiving the montly statement from them, on Saturday the 12 June I reported makro card ****** with my ID as I got ****** last Sunday the on the 6th of June... It was discovered that my ID number along with my email address has been changed and also I had a debit order of 13 000 which state that I purchased in February and I was not even aware of... I was wondering why I'm not paying off this account, I keep on asking myself but not taking to action or consideration so this matter has been going till I got ****** and went to them and to report the card then I found out that I have been paying for a card that I've long done paying for it so they told me I that I'll no longer pay this 13 000 and my question was why so I would like this investigation to go further
