******** customers because they are black people

Makro silverlake ****** me R7000 for a Bosch dish washer I failed to collect and now they are refusing to give me back my money or the dishwasher. They claim I failed to collect the item within 6 months. Their system reflects the payment. No efforts from their side to remind me or whatsoever and now refusing to pay me back or give me my machine, when you go to the store to enquire the whole staff laugh at you as if you are a joke not a valued customer. I will never set my foot again in a ******** shop which is out there to rob people of their hard earned money
