******** and poor service

Since November 2022 haven’t got my refund back , customer services doesn’t take the needs of the customers serious, they ignore emails and when you call them they just lie and lie just to get rid off you, refund usually takes 10 working days according to them , but In this case the item is back at their store and 2 months later still no refund.
