It has now been 2 and half months , waiting for my refund , non of the staff at Makro online customer care is helpful, all they do is to lie and say money for refund will be in your account between 7-10 working days , it’s now been 2 months and it hasn’t been paid nor an email to confirm that refund was processed, all Makro is doing is to send an email that they apologise and the matter will be send to the relevant store to be resolved , relevant store doesn’t even bother to keep their promises.
