Samsung water dispenser leaking

Good day.. I bought a fridge from makro on the 25th of january, the dispenser has been leaking since day 1 and today the 7th of feb i went to makro to tell them and the sales guy said i can bring the fridge back and top up for another one. When the manager was called he told me i dont have that option i only have 1 option which is to repair. I am not happy with the fridge and they telling me someone has to come assess it. I had called the customer care line and they told me i have 3 options, repair,refund or replace and i said to the guy the repair is out since the fridge is 2 weeks old
