Samsung printer JAMs

<p>We bought in the printer (Samsung) at Makro silver lakes...1st time connecting it the paper jams when we try to.print we just took it out of the box when I call Francina tells me I must bring it back coz it's faulty....I'm staying in Middelburg I just unwrapped the box it's faulty....</p>
