Samsung phone goes in for repairs 4 times already tommrow will be the fifth time I don't have the phone 1 year yet

Im very disappointed in makro ottery bought a Samsung phone by them in Dec 2020 phone was in for repairs four time already tommrow will be the fifth time in returning the phone it keeps on coming back then they tell me it was a software problem well 5 times for software problems its unexceptable I wont be leaving it just so I will be taking this futher until I get my new phone or money back bad bad service.
