SAMSUNG Front loader washing machine Port Elizabeth

We bought a Samsung washing machine From Makro Port Elizabeth on the ***.It was a front loader. On the 2nd of July 2023 I reported to Makro the machine was leaking water.They said we still within the 2year warranty period and will send it to an agent who does their Samsung repairs.The agent came back and said its customer abuse of the machine.They say we over loaded it.I went back to Makro and one of the sales people told me you cannot overload the machine,because it has a sensor in it.I’m frustrated because the Manager of Makro sided with their agent and says its customer abuse.My question is why did the machine break in such a short period.I would strongly advise cautiousness when buy Samsung products from Makro Port Elizabeth,their is no after service and Samsung said they will review it.Two weeks have passed and we still sitting with a broken Samsung front loader,I have purchased a new LG Top Loader at Kloppers PE as they have a full return policy,pleased keep this in mind before purchasing at Makro PE.
