Samsung Dishwasher

We recently purchased a Samsung Dishwasher at the Makro Riverside. We received great service in store and the dishwasher was delivered a day later. Upon opening the dishwasher we found that Samsung's energy saving big white sticker was stuck onto the dishwasher for us. From purchasing other Samsung items, we are aware that this sticker does come with the packaging and not stuck on the item for you. Upon calling Makro and speaking to both their salesman Freddy and Manager Zuko, it seemed as if no one could explain why the sticker was placed on for us as this is not what we requested, the sticker completely ruins the look of the item. I was then referred to Samsung directly by Makro and spoke to an agent Nonhlanhla and then an *********** manager Nadeem who has no customer s****s at all. Over the past 4 days we have been trying to explain that we do not require a dishwasher with stickers placed on it and that we need it exchanged with one that has no energy saving stickers. This is something a customer chooses if they want to stick on their appliance. Samsung has since been trying to get through to their warranty dept. to query removal of the sticker, again we requested a new dishwasher but no one seems to understand simple English. Makro does not seem to care either as they advised that they would fetch the dishwasher and refund our money. I am absolutely amazed at the level of customer service from both Makro and Samsung. A simple exchange cannot be done. All they want us to do is send pictures of the appliance. Appalled by the service, attitude, incompetence and total lack of customer being top of mind for both Makro and Samsung.
