SAMSUNG 65" SMART QLED TV QA65 - 65" QA65Q60DAKXXA

I visited Makro Wonderboom on Sunday, 01/12/2024, around 10:30 to purchase the above mentioned TV. (SAMSUNG 65" SMART QLED TV QA65 - 65" QA65Q60DAKXXA - PRICE R9999-00)

I spoke to a Salesperson, name unbeknownst to me on the sale.

He informed me Makro Wonderboom doesn't have stock left but I must take a photo of the barcode, and then I must visit either Makro Centurion or Silver Lakes as they would have stock available in selling the TV to me.

I took a photo of the barcode on my phone for reference at these Stores.

He furthermore told me the Black Friday promotion on the specials have ALL been extended to 05/12/2024 so I don't need to rush to these Stores as I have plenty of time available to go and buy the TV.

This morning, 03/12/2024 I visited Makro Centurion to buy the TV, and I spoke to a female lady at first, then she went to a male, who very polite and rudely simply told me he can't check on your internal system if there is any stock available, and it actually doesn't matter as the promotion on this TV has already seized on Sunday, contrary to what I was told on Sunday.

I didn't buy this TV on Sunday as the queues were excessive at Makro Wonderboom, and I urgently had to attend to another pre-arranged matter.

I'm very disappointed with the actual service I have received from the person this morning at Makro Centurion as he is extremely rude and unprofessional and surely I expected, and deserve better service than I had received.

Please advise me if this TV could still be available for me to purchase at the Black Friday special price of R9999-00 as I believe I was apparently wrongly informed by a Salesperson regarding this matter, which is not my mistake.
