Samsung 43" UHD TV

I had a ********** experience at Makro Pietermaritzburg branch on Sunday 4th Feburary 2018 we bought a Samsung 43" UHD smart TV and on coming home the was scratches on the screen I phoned and told them they told me to return the TV back to them which I did then when I am there they tell me it was my fault I was devastated. Then they go and call someone at homemark to polish out the scraches on the screen and then proceeded to place the TV back in the box and told me there is nothing they can do and said I must go home with it on returning home we switched the TV back on and it now has a crack on it and the hole screen is damaged I feel I have been treated poorly by the store
