sales managers attitude

I usually enjoy shopping at makro alberton and spend quite a bit of money there on a monthly basis, today how ever I went in to try an exchange a duplicate game I have on ps4, which they refused to do and were very rude and obnoxious about it . The sales manager even jokingly said in a very rude way he'll only give me R50 for it because that is what it's worth, the game was purchased last week and although it was in a bundle they could have handled it better . I didn't want my money back I merely wanted to exchange the game and carry on with my shopping. Needless to say I left very upset and with out buying anything I am now shopping at GAME alberton instead. They are more accommodating and helpful
