Sales Department at Makro Woodmead have no sence of customer service

Good Day ,

I am livid , and for me to even begin is a mission.

I purchased a washing machine today, they sold me a washing machine that was on display and noticed when it arrived that there was no tubing.

When I called the store “Woodmead” I was taken from pillar to post and eventually the person I spoke to after not wanting to put the phone down finally said that I must come fetch the tubing and I still insisted on speaking to the manager.

He put me on hold to get Tshepiso or someone to that name and then Jerry answered the call. When he answered the call he said he was going to transfer me because he doesn’t know what I am taking about he just picked up the phone. He then said I must hold and disconnected my call.

Then I called back because I felt that the staff found this as a joke and did not understand the seriousness of the matter. I will not return to the store to collect this tubing and expect someone to deliver my missing items to the following address : (paid transport to come get the machine and will not pay it again to come collect items missing because of *********** sales staff)

Spoke to Kalusha , who was very calm and very helpful. We in the service industry understand this and she did it with ease, well done lady. She said that because the store was closing it might have been one of the reasons why no one was willing to assist me and that she would take it upon herself to have the matter resolved for me.

We don’t buy items to have then idle around and would like all the missing parts delivered before 10:00 am as I do have plans for the day.
