Sales Consultant Recommendation

On 8th March 2016 I visited your store in Strubens Valley with the intention of purchasing a Siemens Gigaset telephone. There were no Siemens Gigaset products on display. I enquired from one of the Sales Consultants and he introduced me to a Mr Mike Otto (he was wearing a name badge) of Otto Communication Systems. Mr Otto said he was the sole distributor of Siemens products in Gauteng and he would deliver the phone to my house. He delivered a Siemens Gigaset A415 to my house on the same day for which I paid him R1295 in cash and he issued me with a hand written receipt. I contacted him the following day to say that the phone was defective as I could make and receive calls but the phone did not ring for incoming calls. He came to my house and said he would have to send the phone to Siemens. I found this to be unacceptable as I had purchased it the previous day and demanded a replacement or refund. He said he would get back to me because he had to go to Ruimsig. I never heard from him again and he refuses to respond to my sms's or email. I am very wary of ********s and if your sales staff had not recommended him I would not have done business with him.
