Safety issues at Makro Silverlakes

I went to Makro Silverlakes on the 27 October 2020 to collect a stove i bought online, the services was so poor and the place is so dirty. On top of that my phone and id was ****** on the loading zone of Makro just on the door. The loading zone of Makro Silverlakes is so dogdy it looks like a drug den. People who looks like they are smoking nyaope.I asked the manager to view a footage of the area but they said it is not available on the day. They said they will update me on the availability of the footage but they never got back to me. I had to be the one who do follow up . I want to warn other shoppers that the place is not safe and the management of Makro does not care about online shoppers safety. Especially in a country where women are vulnerable and unsafe.
