Sad customer

I went into Makro Germiston to return a LG DVD Player HDMI because there was a glitch on the Makro online site and it accidently went in the shopping cart and I paid for two DVD Players. I was told by Makro Alberto where the online Order came from that I can return the purchase to any store provided it was in its original wrapping(which it was - We never opened the packaging or the box that the DAV Player was in). I went into Makro Germiston on the 18th November and was given a refund slip number ********** 2 and was told that the refund would be done within 7 days. It has been 11 days and over 7 working days and I still haven't received the refund of R799-00. Please could Makro read this and come back to me urgently when the refund will be done Nick Lumley ********** 751 or ********** 211(W) **********
