*****s your money and doesn't deliver

I ordered 10 items and only 5 were delivered. They sent a confirmation of delivery of all 10 but the box they sent literally only fit and contained 5. I have emailed, submitted queries, responded, worries and no response from anyone. Now I'm 5 items short while out of pocket. This is theft.
