Ryobi cordless trimmer fiasco...

The battery trimmer saga - Absolutely hopeless customer interface...will never enter another Makro - even though I've shopped there most of my life!! A few pathetic platitudes - finally an insulting "voucher" - even the lady who phoned to discuss the issue never bothered to reply... That's me gone!
