russel hobbs mist fan stopped working, wont go on

Russle hobbs mist fan stopped working! I doesn't want to go start up! I bought it in December, lasted for 2 months!! Good quality!! Took the fan back to Makro and they advised that it need to be repaired! We received the van back after 2 weeks! My wife fetched it today from makro as they said that it has been fixed, the fan still doesnt work and worse the whole head is completely loose as if someone has thrown the fan! Rhis is unacceptable as I axpected more from a major group name like Makro! If your staff is incompitant, why I pay the price! My suggestion would be that if you do have staff that dont care, apprehend then, not you customers
