Russel Bennet Air Fryer - Poor Quality Product

We bought a Bennett Read Air Fryer at Makro Cape Gate in December 2021, after 6 months it started tripping the electricity. We took in for repairs and got the unit back after almost 2 months of driving 3 times to the branch. A few months later it gave the same problem, again we had to wait 6 weeks to get the unit back. So for the first year the unit was 4 months back with the supplier. I need to mention that we only used the fryer 2 - 3 times per week at most. In August 2023 after it gave problems again and we refused to take it back they gave us a new fryer. To our surprise in July 2024 the new air fryer gave the same issue as the previous unit by tripping the electricity. The sales rep told me there might be a problem with our plugs at home but everything else did not trip the electricity. We moved to a new house in 2023 so it could not be the electricity. To my surprise they called this week to inform me we must pay for the repairs, can you believe it. Makro please take the product from the shelve, it is useless and definitely it has some manufacturing issues, because both units could never give the exact same problem. I will not pay for a poor product, please refund or replace our unit with a other brand.
