RUDE STAFF MEMBER AT MAKRO ALBERTON

Good day

I am writing this email with utter most disgust and disappointment, we have just been to the Alberton makro as we buy there every month, one of your staff Thandiwe or thenjiwe skhosana was extremely rude to me and my husband. We were about to ask her something about the gift Cards we wanted to buy she didn't even give us the time of time, we greeted her and se just looked at us and walked away, we thought maybe she didn't hear, we went straight to her and asked her she still did the same thing, we are paying customers, we are hurt and disappointed and demand an explanation for such behavior.

I WANT AN EXPLAINATION AS TO WHY WE WERE TREATED SO UNFAIRLY. AS A RESULT WE DIDN’T EVEN DO OUR NORMAL SHOPPING AT A STORE WE LOVED.
