Rude staff
Extremely disappointed how staff treated me. I was in the store with my girlfriend and we decided to get more groceries than planned, I said I would go outside quick and get a trolley. I did so, then they refused to let me in l, as the store had closed at 13:00, and I was outside at 13:05. The security lady refused to listen to me after I tried to explained the situation she ignored me and called for "backup" and just stared at me through the glass like I was going to rob them or something, absolutely pathetic and extremely rude. I called my girlfriend to leave all our groceries, and I will definitely not be going to shop there again.

07 May 2019, 14:51Received phone calls from a couple of high up's from Makro who apologized and explained that the security staff was at fault and assured me that it would not happen to anyone again in the future. Glad there are still those few companies that take customer complaints seriously, well done!
