Rude manager/ buying things in good faith.. ***!!!!

As usual, should've done my research before buying something as trusted company. Had a problem with my smart watch and couldn't get it replaced or refunded. One rude manager told me I bought it in good faith and he can't refund me. Poor service definitely not buying at Makro Germiston again.
