rude manager at Makro woodmead

Pumzile at Makro Woodmead is extremely rude. it is the festive season so the shop was super packed. we made a large purchase after standing in a long line for 40 minutes. upon arriving at the car I realised that i purchased am incorrect item( 6 pack of sparkling water instead of still) and needed to exchange it she refused to help facilitate that. she just walked away from me without saying a word and then proceeded to speak to her colleague in zulu about me. i told her that for a manager what she is doing is very rude. she honestly should get re trained and even apologize as she was wrong . thank goodness the nice lady at the till eventually helped me.
