Rude manager

On Saturday I was at MAKRO MBOMBELA. I was in que at multi media and there was a problem between a cashier and a customer so the cashier called the manager for help. When she came, she shouted at the cashier and threaten to fire her in front of us customers. The managers name tac was written Promise. The cashier continued working crying. I was very irritated and I feel that she should apologise to the cashier. Another supervisor came and solved the problem very simple which was supposed to to be solve by the manager. Please let her apologise to the cashier and thank the supervisor for stepping in to do her job politely.
