Rude Manager.

I bought a phone at Makro Vaal in Vereeniging on Saturday. I live in Potch. The sales person did not give me all the info on the phone (Samsung J4 Core). The phobe does not support S Health nor does it have a pedometer (step counter). I am not able to download even my banking app nor a 2.2mb QR scanner app. I phoned Samsung and asked what i should do. They in turn directed me to Makro Vaal. I phoned them and spoke to the department manager. Said manager was tremendeously RUDE and did not even TRY to solve my problem. Vereeniging is a 90km drive from Potch and i will NOT drive all the way back there to return/exchange the phone. I am NOT happy with the (lack of) service i recieved from the department manager.
