Rude ladies

The rudest people calling on my office phone who I have numerous timez informed to please call me on my selphone between 1 and 2 then they call me 4 min to 2. Regarding my account they keep interupting when I tell tgem it is an inconvenient time so I keep droping the phone in their ears becaise I do not speak to people who cannot listen to me...
