Rude employee

I went to Makro in Montague Gardens on Saturday to buy a freezer a guy called Mark sold me an extended warranty on the freezer when I said I’m not interested he was rude and when I asked if he will bring the freezer for me he said no he won’t. I felt disrespected as I’m a customer he was suppose to bring the freezer I had to ask another employee to bring the freezer for me. Was disappointed in the way he disrespected me
